The Role:

IT Support Administrator

You will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd line technical support to the business. You will be responsible for the day to day logging and resolving of support tickets. To be considered for this role you must have worked in a customer service environment (ideally a support background), have excellent customer service skills and be highly motivated and enthusiastic. 

Essential Skills: 

- Windows 7 – 10 Desktop supports.
- Microsoft Office 2010-2016 Support.
- A good understanding of Active Directory components and structure.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Exchange.
- A good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 and all of its components.
- Basic network knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Basic understanding of IP telephony.
- Printer Troubleshooting.
- A Good Understanding of Service Desk Principles. 

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Have knowledge of, or have worked under the ITIL Framework.
- Exposure to Windows Server 2012 R2.
- Intermediate network knowledge.
- Group Policy Management.
- A Good Understanding of Server Roles and Features. 


Hospitality Finder HQ, Ascot House, Maidstone, Kent.
Hours: Monday – Thursday  08:45 – 17:30pm Friday 08:45 – 17:00pm
