Murray marches into Australian Open Quarter Finals

Following a successful win against Dimitrov, with an impressive 6-4 6-7 (5-7 6-3 7-5, Andy Murray has secured his place in this year's Australian Open Quarter Finals. The Scot faces Australia's Nick Kyrgios in the last eight on Tuesday.

Post-match Murray stated "For a match that went three and a half hours, physically I felt way better than the last year or so," he also added, "My body allowed me to play that way for the whole duration of the match. I didn't feel tired. I felt fresh. My back felt good. I wasn't feeling stiff at all."

Murray's opponent Dimitrov said: "If you lose, you obviously haven't done some things right. I'm happy that I competed at a good level and it takes a player like Andy to beat me like that. I'm just disappointed because it's not the result that I wanted. For sure I could have done some things better."
