Rugby World Cup Blog: #TheWelshAreComing

Welsh Rugby Legend Scott Quinnell surprised London commuters yesterday afternoon with a belting performance of the Welsh national anthem, ahead of Wales' Rugby World Cup clash with England on Saturday.

With the Admiral Insurance Choir behind him, Scott sung the national anthem to 'warn England' that #TheWelshAreComing.

“We wanted to do something fun and unexpected to get behind the team."
- Admiral’s chief operating officer David Stevens.

“We’ve been Welsh shirt sponsor since 2010, and our partnership with the WRU has always focused on our staff. The men and women of our Admiral Inspire Choir work in our South Wales offices and were thrilled, if not a little nervous, to take part. You can see Wales take on England at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 26th September.

"Scott Quinnell was the perfect captain for the day – you’d struggle to find a more passionate Welshman.”
