Autumn Event Preview 2017

With the summer drawing to a close we are looking ahead to the Autumn, and its sure to be packed full of some brilliant events. But if you can’t take your pick we have put together a list of the top 10 events coming up over the next few months.

Of course, we can’t mention our top Autumn events without including the Autumn International Rugby. Last year saw England win all their matches at Twickenham Stadium, but can they do it again ads they go up against Argentina, Australia and Samoa. Needless to say, The Green Room will be returning to Twickenham where you can meet rugby legends & Hospitality Finder ambassadors Lawrence Dallalglio and Mike Tindall.

The NFL is back and bigger than ever with two games at Wembley and two games at Twickenham, eight teams will be making their way to London this Autumn to play once again in front of capacity crowds. To find out more about the teams that will be playing, take a look at our fact file here

ATP Finals bring together some of the biggest names in the world of tennis all under one roof. After 61 tournaments and four gruelling Grand Slams eight of the best players will battle it out for that top spot at the O2 Arena.

This prestigious golf tournament returns and will be hosted by Lee Westwood at the Close House in Newcastle. This will be the first time this venue has hosted the British Masters, and 2016 winner Alex Noren will be looking to retain his title which he won at The Grove Golf Course.

It’s not just the world of sport that will be bring a feast of events this Autumn, we also have some spectacular cultural events coming up. The first of which will be London Fashion Week, one of the most eagerly awaited events in the fashion world, over 200 designers will feature across 70 runway shows displaying their iconic styles.

One of the most esteemed events on the horse racing calendar, hundreds of fans will gather at the Chantilly Racecourse in Paris to witness this spectacle. The biggest names from across Europe meet with the hopes of racing to victory.

There are more horse racing events to entertain at this Autumn, once again Ascot Racecourse will open its doors for the Autumn Racing Weekend. The festival will be across two days where guests can watch the exciting flat races as well as trying the array of real ales, ciders and perries on offer at the Ascot Beer Festival.

The spirit of Munich’s Wolrd famous Oktoberfest will be coming to Old Billingsgate Market when London Bierfest returns this Autumn. Be transported to Germany with the sights and sounds of the traditional live music and entertainment as you drink the steins of German beer and try Authentic Oktoberfest food.

Head over to the O2 this October for three days of fabulous music with Bluesfest. The event returns to celebrate the best of Blues and Soul, with headliners including Chic feat. Nile Rogers, Daryl Hall & John Oates and Steely Dan.

The dramatic season of Formula 1 will draw to a close in Abu Dhabi for the final race. The question is who will we see take the drivers’ championship, will it be Mercedes driver Lewis Hamilton or Ferrari driver Sebastian Vettel?
